Office Tracker System Requirements

System requirements can change over time due to changes made in the operating system software purchased with your machine as well as updates you do to the machine and the way you choose to use the software. Following are the minimum requirements for Office Tracker version 12.

Office Tracker Server Requirements

Note: Laptop computers (notebooks, etc.) are not supported for server use
Processor: 2.0 GHz or better*
Operating System: Windows 10 / Windows 11 / Windows Server 2012 / Windows Server 2016 / Windows Server 2019 / Windows Server 2022 / Linux**
Network: TCP/IP Network Support RAM: 4GB RAM*
Hard Drive: 8 GB free disk space*
Web Browser: Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox 10 or later - Javascript required

Other browsers and other versions of browsers may work but have not been tested and may not be supported. Any browser used must support CSS2 or later and JavaScript 1.2 or later.

Resolution: 1024x768 or larger screen area recommended

Office Tracker Web-based Client and Web Viewer System Requirements

Software: Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox 10 or later- JavaScript required
RAM: 1 GB RAM* Network: TCP/IP Network Support
Monitor: VGA or SVGA video monitor and 256 colors
Resolution: 1024x768 or larger screen area recommended

*Memory, processor and disk space requirements may be considerably higher than the above defaults, depending on the number of users and the number of events you schedule
